About Howards ATA Black Belt Academy
Howard's ATA Black Belt Academy is dedicated to providing the best quality Martial Arts Programs available, with a state-of-the-art facility, a nationally certified instructional staff who will provide membership with exceptional customer service and a comprehensive Martial Arts Curriculum.Our goal is to inspire each and every member to achieve Black Belt Leadership Excellence through goal setting, Life Skills, and Positive Role Models. We will provide a safe, fun, and positive learning environment for students of all ages while fostering growth in our students' personal development both physically and mentally. Our courses are safe and specialized programs designed exclusively for children. Your child will work out with other children of their age, size, and skill level under well supervised conditions. At Howard's ATA Black Belt Academy, all of our nationally certified instructors follow our philosophy that Every Kid is a Winner and Every Kid is Special. Our goal is to introduce your child to an ongoing lifetime method of improving their self-concept and confidence. We do not teach them to fight or be a bully.
As part of a nationally recognized organization, our instructors receive continuous training on the latest motivation and teaching systems for kids like yours. Due to this teaching system, one of the first changes you will notice in your child is an increased level of self confidence and self-esteem. But above all, Howard's ATA Black Belt Academy is fun. Parents and kids alike can enjoy and benefit from our many social and recreational events. All parents are whole heartily invited to join in whenever they can participate.
Our Curriculum consists of Taekwondo, Karate for Kids, Aikido, Gracie’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, P.P.C.T Pressure Point Control Tactics, Child Abduction and Safety Awareness, Confronting a Bully, Knife Defense, Gun Defense, XMA - Extreme Martial Arts, and S.H.A.R.P - Sexual Harassment Assault Rape Prevention.
Our martial arts program not only reaches Jefferson City, Missouri but extends to Holt Summit, Linn, New Bloomfield, Centertown, Tebbets, California, Ashland, Wardsville, Lohman, St. Martins,Osage Beach, Camdenton, Lake Ozark, Eldon, and many other Mid Missouri communities.
